Come and receive Reflexology or Healing in Exmouth, East Devon, where gentle, powerful therapies are offered in peace and comfort.  Healing (often also known as Energy Balancing) is much like Reiki, which is the Japanese form of spiritual healing; the effects and benefits are the same.

Treatments available are  Reflexology or Healing together with relevant healthy eating advice. Other self-help tips are offered to support your treatment. Full Reflexology sessions cost £35 and Healing sessions £25. Discounts are available for those on a low income. Please ask for details. I also offer a short Indian Head Massage treatment in combination with other treatments - ask for details.

Appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2.30pm to 6.00pm, and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10.00am to 4.30pm. Home visits are available at an extra cost depending on the distance travelled.

NEW FOR 2010: A half-hour 'Relax and Unwind' Reflexology session. Maybe you have to go to the dentist, an interview or a tough meeting? Maybe you are just stressed with too much to juggle? Perhaps you don't have a whole hour to spare? Come and spend half-an-hour relaxing in a calm and peaceful space in a very comfortable chair!! These cost just £20 per session.
