Treatments available are  Reflexology or Healing together with relevant healthy eating and Food and Mood advice and other self-help tips to support your treatment. Reflexology sessions cost £25 and Healing sessions £20. Discounts are available including for those on a low income. Please ask for details. Indian Head Massage is available only in combination with Reflexology, Healing or Foot Massage for Menopause treatment sessions. A Holistic Approach to the Menopause involving a combination of treatments and including tips on nutrition, and other useful advice, is also available. Holistic Menopause treatments start from £30 per session - the actual length of the session will depend on your needs at the time.

Appointments are Monday to Thursday from 2.30pm to 6.00pm, and on Fridays from 10.00am to 4.30pm. Home visits available for Healing only at an extra charge depending on the distance travelled.
